...too smooth brother! I would recommend more presence for the bass... I'm guessing the bass was part of the sample? maybe some EQing can bring it out, or maybe you can lay a bass pattern exactly the same over the top of that one. It doesn't need too much more velocity, just a little to give this some extra bounce. Right now its sorta just hiding behind the intensity of the drums. I love the drums by the way.. haha. Excellent composition!

I think that main theme with the horns is overused. If you used a simpler sample in the verse sections and reserved that main theme with the horns for the hook, it could sound real tight. I know through doing that, the beat would be fairly simple. But I think with lyrics, that simplicity wouldn't be an issue.
