what the fuck man

this beat is fire man. its weird cuz before today, i thought u was one of those producers who was still comin up, still learnin. quite a few of your beats that i heard before this, i wasnt rly feelin... i guess u was bein experimental. but this here is hot.

keep doin ya thing bruh!~

-P. Rock

bro this is hot!

this is crazy man! what?! i didnt know u could do stuff like this, but then again i havnt checked out alot of ur music. if u switched the style up a lil and made it a lil bit more interesting, this would be incredible. the hook is cool lol mad idea.

respect on this ish right here homeboi, keep it real!~

Blackhoodkrew responds:

thanks man, i kinda made a remix to this lol

yeah bro

the idea was hot. screwed hook and shit on a dirty south beat, that shit was hot. i would suggest working on your EQing. the sub bass u got there seems to drown out some instruments at times. EQing is the main issue here but the concept of the beat was hot. melodies and stuff were all there.

Blackhoodkrew responds:

yea true i do need to eq that lol. thanks for the review and honesty man

yeah man

put him in his place. spawn did great on the beat as usual. i thought i might as well drop a comment along with the 5 lol.

keep it real bruh!~

Blasphem-E responds:

Thanks man, glad you're enjoying Tokyo

damn man

ur probly the most steadily improving producer on this website. although this tune here is a quality track. i would have to agree with DeX that the composition could have hit a little bit harder, personally i would have preferred a bit more presence on the snare u have there, but yeah, its pretty chill.

keep up the great work man!~

-P. Rock

flashmac responds:

Your right man, the snare is pretty faint. I guess I should've turned it up but I didn't really want the drums overpowering anything for once haha, Thanks for the review man. It's good to get one from you

well my honest opinion is

this beat is tuff man. this is a masterpiece. what are u using for ur sampling?

DJ-Delinquent responds:

Turntables this time

Deff note 1 was mostly FL studio

dont worry bout them mad racists

my crew gets the same thing said from these americans bout the aussie accents but it dont mean nothing cuz not everybody is saying it ya know. real dudes know real music and push aside accents man, anyway i gotta say the whole SN1 is doin they thing, especially Gigz with the BET awards and all that. nobody can criticize anybody at that level.

this one is one of my favourites from SN1, im a big supporter of the crew lol.

keep it real!~

BOOMBLAST responds:

Trust me i cant even see the haters we left them far back fam, ya dun kno cuzzy, bless for the love man.

hey bro

i saw the review u left on aztek's page and i see u got a point too, but im being realistic man. soulja boi was lucky to get that deal, and he was famous for his dance, not so much his beats bro. i dont know many people who actually like the beat, it was the dance that was the catchy thing. and if weezy saw the beat, he wouldnt pay twenty times more than aztek is sellin it for. dudes in the industry are mad stingy man, they want to get as much profit as they can. hell, if weezy liked the beat he'd prolly get a producer to jack the beat and make it professionally. this is the music industry we talkin bout man. it aint fun and games in their world although they make it seem like it in they tracks.

but as for this track man, i like the sample. its got a real chill vibe to it man. u could rap about somethin real deep to this track.

keep doin ya thing!~

-P. Rock

Blackhoodkrew responds:

lol true and i didnt think of that lol....thanks bro man i hit yo tracks up soon

nice quality man

it sounds real clean man. what program are u using for your recording, mixing and mastering? was this done on the B-1? it sounds great.

keep it real!~

-P. Rock

InGenius responds:

B-1 into the Xenyx, I was much too close to the mic though. I've since moved the Nady pop filter out to around 6 1/2 inches, giving me about 8 inches of depth before the mic. Also toned the trim level down a bit which helped with a few missed pops from digital clipping issues. I record into SoundForge, run it through Waves Diamond suite DeEsser, give it a bit of pseudo tube warmth with the Antares mic Modeler, then track it into FL as an audio clip to mix. I use the FL mixer rack and a custom preset FX chain, some send channel FX, etc. and tweak from there with Waves, Classic (from Kjaerhus Audio) and a few other good FX banks software vstFX. The process sounds long if I write it out, but I can record, mix and master my own stuff within a half hour for Verse and Chorus, 2 for a three verse track w/ 2 chorus, intro and outro. When I remaster other people's stuff, the first couple of tracks take 4 hours or more, until I build up a good knowledge of what FX chain I will be using as a "preset" for their vocals and send channels, then the next tracks take around 2 hours at a time.

Thanks for the review. Keep it pimpin'.

Peace

hell yeah bruh

i see the SN1 family doin they thing brutha.

keep at them beats!~

BOOMBLAST responds:
